By purchasing any membership, subscription, course, service, or product from Travel Creator Club, you (“the user” or “the customer”) acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Travel Creator Club enforces a strict no refund policy, regardless of usage, satisfaction, or participation level.

2. Access Constitutes Agreement

Once payment has been submitted and access to any digital materials, classes, downloadable content, or member-only areas of the Travel Creator Club platform has been granted, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to this No Refund Policy in full. This acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Damier Media Inc.

3. Legal Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute the payment with your credit card issuer after accessing the Services, we reserve the right to:

  • Submit this No Refund Policy and proof of access as evidence to your financial institution.
  • Pursue the matter through third-party collections
  • Initiate legal action to recover the full amount, along with any fees incurred, which may include collection costs, administrative fees, and legal expenses.
  • Report unpaid balances to appropriate credit bureaus, which may negatively impact your credit rating.

4. Exceptions

No exceptions will be made to this policy unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
