These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the products and services provided by Damier Media Inc., doing business as Travel Creator Club (“Travel Creator Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), through our website at www.travelcreator.club, our other websites, and our mobile and software applications (collectively, the “Service(s)” ).
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY INCLUDE A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASSACTION WAIVER WHICH MAY AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at our sole discretion. We will update the "Date of Last Revision" and, depending on the change, may notify you by email or in-service notifications. Changes become effective no earlier than fourteen (14) days after posting unless required for legal reasons or new features.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you agree to how we collect, use, and share your data.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the Services for public performance or redistribution unless expressly authorized.
To access certain features, you must register and provide accurate, current information. You must be at least 13 years old, and users under 18 must have parental consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@travelcreator.club if you suspect unauthorized use.
We may modify or discontinue Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for changes or interruptions in the Service.
We may establish general practices regarding use and storage, including limiting account activity or storage space.
You may access Services via mobile devices, but you are responsible for any data charges. You consent to receive communications via text or call regarding the Services.
We offer a strict no refund policy. By completing your payment and gaining access to our materials, classes, or any part of the Travel Creator Club platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement acknowledging that no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
Once access is granted, all sales are final, and no exceptions will be made. This policy applies to all users, regardless of usage, engagement, or satisfaction with the materials provided. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept that any attempt to dispute the charge or file a chargeback with your credit card company will be met with legal action and debt collection procedures, which may impact your credit score. A copy of this agreement will be submitted as evidence in support of our case to your credit card issuer and relevant legal authorities.

Certificates of completion may be offered for some courses. These are not equivalent to academic degrees and are not accredited.
Additional features may be offered as add-ons to your subscription. These are billed and refunded according to the same terms as your main subscription.
If you pre-enroll in a Service, you are charged at the time of enrollment. Access begins upon course launch, and you may request a refund only before the course is launched, but not after.
You agree not to use the Services to:
-Violate laws or third-party rights;
-Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content;
-Harass or harm others;
-Interfere with our systems;
-Attempt unauthorized access to our servers.
-We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access that violates these rules.
All fees must be paid as agreed upon signup. You authorize us to charge your payment method. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
Unless canceled, your subscription auto-renews. You may cancel any time in your account settings. Refunds are not provided.
You agree to comply with local laws regarding online conduct and content. U.S. export control laws apply.
You may not use Services or content for commercial purposes with out written permission.
We may use aggregate usage data for research and improvement purposes. Individual data will remain confidential unless consented otherwise.
Our Services may be offered in collaboration with third parties. These do not establish any legal or academic relationship.
All content and software is owned or licensed by Damier Media Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without permission.
All Travel Creator Club names and logos are trademarks of Damier Media Inc. Others appearing on the site may be trademarks of their respective owners.
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content as necessary to provide the Services.
If you provide suggestions, we may use them without obligation or compensation.
If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, support@travelcreator.club with a detailed notice. We comply with DMCA requirements.
We are not responsible for third-party content or services linked within our platform. Your use of those is at your own risk.
You may login via social media. Your activity on those platforms is governed by their terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Damier Media Inc., its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
The Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the previous six (6) months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
All disputes must first be addressed through informal negotiation. If unresolved, they will be settled through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California. You waive the right to class actions. Full arbitration procedures are available upon request.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time.
We are not responsible for disputes between users but may assist in resolution at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
